Beyond Elite Travel (trading as Beyond Elite Travel)

Quotations

  • Quotes are given based on the information provided: changes to the Client’s itinerary should be notified in a timely manner so an updated quotation can be provided
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from date given and remain subject to availability
  • Quotes do not include payment of any unforeseen parking fees, accommodation or admission charges to attractions

Beyond Elite Travel – Terms and Conditions

Booking and Service

  • Bookings can be made via phone or WhatsApp and Website.
  • Customers must provide accurate information including name, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, number of luggages and any special requirements.
  • Beyond Elite Travel reserves the right to refuse service for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
  • Bookings made online has to be confirmed via e-mail or through whatsapp only! If you have not received confirmation do not assume that your booking has been confirmed. We will not take any responsibility for missed bookings.

Fares and Payments

  • Fares are based on fixed pricing, including fixed rates for airport transfers.
  • All fares must be paid at the end of the journey unless arranged in advance.
  • Credit card payments are accepted. A receipt can be issued upon request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge equivalent to the full fare.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.

Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and comply with all safety instructions.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • The driver reserves the right to terminate the journey if passenger conduct is unsafe or inappropriate.

Liability

  • Beyond Elite Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Beyond Elite Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Customers are responsible for their belongings. Any lost items should be reported immediately.

Insurance

  • All vehicles are fully licensed and insured as required by UK law.
  • Insurance does not cover passengers' personal belongings or delays due to third-party actions.

Data Protection

  • Personal information collected for bookings is kept secure and used only for service purposes.
  • Information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

Feedback and Complaints

  • Feedback is welcome and can be submitted via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Complaints should be reported within 24 hours of the journey to be investigated appropriately.

 

Private Cotswolds Tour – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

To confirm your Private Cotswolds Tour, a booking fee is required at the time of reservation.

The booking fee secures your selected date and vehicle.

The remaining balance is payable [5 days] prior to the tour date.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment of the booking fee has been received.

2. Booking Fee (Non-Refundable)

The booking fee is non-refundable.

By confirming your booking, you agree that:

The booking fee represents a reasonable and proportionate contribution towards costs already incurred, including administration, planning, and reserving availability.

Once a tour date is secured, we may refuse other bookings for that date, resulting in a loss of opportunity.

The booking fee is therefore retained in the event of cancellation by you, except where cancellation is made by us or where required under applicable law.

This term is intended to comply with the fairness requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking:

The booking fee remains non-refundable.

Any additional payments made beyond the booking fee:

[7+ days notice] – refundable or transferable (less any unrecoverable costs)

Less than [7 days] notice – non-refundable

All cancellations must be made in writing.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes:

Date changes must be requested at least [7 days] in advance

Changes are subject to availability

The booking fee may be transferred to a new date once only

We reserve the right to treat repeated changes as a cancellation.

5. Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour (including due to severe weather, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances):

You will be offered:

A full refund, including the booking fee, or

The option to reschedule at no additional cost

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Road closures or traffic disruption

Government restrictions

Strikes or industrial action

In such cases, we will offer rescheduling where possible but refunds may not be available.

7. No-Shows

Failure to attend the tour at the agreed time and location will be treated as a no-show:

No refund will be issued

No rescheduling will be offered

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable nature of the booking fee.
