We offer four vehicle classes
Just tell us how many passengers and bags you have — we'll recommend the best vehicle and give you a fixed price before you book.
Executive saloon
Our own Lexus ES 300h or similar. Self-charging hybrid, leather cabin, exceptionally quiet on long runs.
First class
Mercedes S-Class. Extended rear legroom and near-silent running. Available on request.
Executive MPV
Mercedes V-Class. Six together in the rear cabin, one in front, with room for full luggage.
Minibus
For larger groups travelling together. Quoted on request with luggage capacity confirmed before you book.

Every vehicle is licensed, insured for hire and reward, and driven by an enhanced DBS-checked chauffeur. Vehicles beyond our own fleet are supplied through vetted, licensed partner operators.
Frequently asked questions
Are you a licensed operator?
Yes. Beyond Elite Travel is licensed as a private hire operator by Bristol City Council and insured for hire and reward. Chauffeurs working outside Bristol are licensed by their own local authority.
Who will be driving me?
A vetted chauffeur from our UK network. We check every chauffeur's licence and insurance before allocating any work, and vehicle standards are set by us. You receive your chauffeur's name and vehicle details the night before you travel.
Are fares fixed before I travel?
Every fare is confirmed online before you book, as a fixed, transparent price. No surge pricing and no hidden extras.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the collection time automatically. Sixty minutes of waiting is included from the moment you land, at no extra cost.
How will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Inside arrivals, with a personalised name board, ready to assist with luggage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.
Do you charge more over Christmas?
A surcharge of 50% applies to the prices listed on this site on 25 and 26 December, 31 December and 1 January.
Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No. All vehicles are maintained as smoke-free environments.
Is gratuity included in the fare?
Gratuity is not included and is entirely at your discretion.
