Questions we get asked
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Yes. Your fare is fixed at the time of booking and includes meet-and-greet, parking, tolls and live flight tracking. The only thing that can change it is extended waiting time or a change you ask for on the day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time at no extra cost. You then have 60 minutes free from landing. After that, waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks at £30 per hour for a saloon and £50 per hour for the MPV.
Who will be driving me?
A vetted, licensed and DBS-checked chauffeur, briefed on your booking before setting off. We send you your driver's name and vehicle details before the day, so you know exactly who to expect.
Are you licensed?
Yes — Beyond Elite Travel holds Bristol City Council operator licence 25/04111/TXPHOR and full hire and reward insurance. Journeys outside our area are fulfilled by vetted, licensed partner operators.
How many passengers and bags can you take?
The Lexus ES 300h carries up to 3 passengers. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class carries up to 7 — six together in the rear cabin and one in the front. If you're travelling with golf clubs, skis or unusual luggage, tell us when booking and we'll confirm the right vehicle.
Do you cover early mornings and Sundays?
We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Sundays and bank holidays. A 4am Sunday departure is booked exactly like any other journey.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. You'll receive an invoice with a secure payment link, processed by Stripe — we never handle or store your card details. Business accounts can be invoiced monthly.
