How does hourly hire work?
You choose your pickup and the number of hours you need. Your chauffeur then stays at your disposal for that time, waiting while you're inside and driving you on to your next stop.
Can I make several stops?
Yes. Multiple pickups and drop-offs can be arranged on one booking. Add your plans in the notes when you book, or tell your chauffeur on the day.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You'll see the price before you book, with no surge pricing and no hidden extras.
Will my chauffeur wait for me?
Yes. That's the point of hourly hire. Your chauffeur waits rather than being re-hailed, so your car is always there when you come out.
Which vehicles can I choose?
The executive saloon takes 3 passengers with 2 large cases. The Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 passengers with 6 large cases, with six seated together in the rear cabin and one in front. Mercedes S-Class is available on request.
Where can you take me?
We're based in Bristol and cover Bath and the South West as standard, and every major UK city on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.
