I started Beyond Elite Travel because I’d spent long enough driving to know what the good journeys had in common, and what the bad ones had in common too.
The good ones were never about the car. They were about your time being treated as the most valuable thing in the transaction, and then the safety and comfort of every journey. Your price is calculated online for your destination and vehicle. Your chauffeur’s name is known and given to you, your schedule is already worked out, and nothing is left to guesswork.
The bad ones were almost always a surprise. A fare that moved. A driver who didn’t show. A boot that wouldn’t take the cases. Each one costs a client the same thing: minutes they’d budgeted for something else, and attention they shouldn’t have had to spend on us at all.
So that’s what this business is built on. A fixed price quoted up front. Tight schedules held rather than hoped for, with flights tracked and collections early, not just on time. And the job done right the first time, because on a 5am run to Heathrow there is no second attempt.
