Every vehicle is licensed, insured for hire and reward, and driven by an enhanced DBS-checked chauffeur, briefed on your booking before setting off. Your chauffeur's name and vehicle details are sent the night before you travel.
Airport transfers for your team
Flights change. Your transfers shouldn't. We track every flight and adjust the collection to the actual landing time at no cost, with 60 minutes of waiting included. We operate 24 hours a day, so a 4am departure or a late arrival is booked like any other journey.
Whether it's a colleague flying from Bristol Airport, a director landing at Heathrow or a visitor arriving at Gatwick, the fare is agreed before you book.
Full days, roadshows and multi-stop schedules
Meetings across several sites? Book a chauffeur by the hour or the day and your car waits at every stop, with no re-booking between appointments. For teams and guests travelling together, the Executive van seats seven and carries their luggage.

Can an assistant or colleague book on my behalf?
Yes. Bookings can be made online, by phone or on WhatsApp. Just give us the passenger's name and contact number so your chauffeur can reach them.
Are your fares fixed?
Yes. Every fare is confirmed before you book, as a fixed, transparent price. No surge pricing and no hidden extras.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Beyond Elite Travel is licensed as a private hire operator by Bristol City Council, licence 25/04111/TXPHOR, and insured for hire and reward. Every chauffeur is enhanced DBS-checked.
Can you look after visiting clients and guests?
Yes. For airport arrivals your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a personalised name board and helps with luggage. We track the flight, so a delay never leaves your guest waiting.
Do you cover journeys outside Bristol?
We cover Bristol and Bath as standard and every major UK city and airport on request, with vetted, licensed partner operators supplying vehicles beyond our own fleet.
Can I hire a chauffeur for a whole day of meetings?
Yes. Hourly and day hire keeps one car with you across several stops, waiting while you're inside. Choose Hourly in the booking box or ask us about a full day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.
